I listen to your CDs every night.
I walk the dog every day for a half hour.
I'm drinking water as my primary beverage
(cool, refreshing water tastes great!).
And I'm paring down serving sizes, trying to
eat HALF. It's really not that hard to do. if you think about it at the
start of the meal.
Having fresh fruit as a snack has also become
easy.
I'm carefully making food choices and I think
about what I'm eating BEFORE I eat it. (versus feeling guilty
afterward).
The sense of accomplishment each time the right
choice is made feels terrific.
I don't feel like I'm dieting, exercising or
sacrificing. A first for me.
Since taking your class, I've lost 9 lbs in 5
weeks, and I'm still losing.
I feel better than I've felt in years.
I'm more relaxed (a plus at work) and I'm
sleeping better too.
It's a life change - one that is welcome after
such a long time of struggling with weight.
